Refund Policy

We stand behind our program. If you enroll and decide it is not the right fit, we offer a straightforward 2-day refund policy — no complicated conditions, no hoops to jump through.

1. Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@usmlecorner.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to register
  • Your order confirmation number or purchase date
  • A brief reason for your request (optional but appreciated)

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the USMLE Corner learning platform will be revoked immediately. Any study progress, notes, or materials accessed during the refund period will no longer be available.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

After 48 Hours
Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the purchase date are not eligible, regardless of the reason.
Account Violations
If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use (including unauthorized sharing of content), no refund will be issued.
Promotional Purchases
Purchases made under special promotions or discounts may have different refund terms, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
